v1.0.2 - Multi-Currency

We're happy to share that Kardio now supports multi-currency functionality.

For ecommerce websites, you can now select from an extensive list of different currencies to see your data reported in.

The default currency is Great British Pounds (GBP). So when creating a site property in Kardio, it will report in GBP unless selected otherwise.

To change the currency shown in Kardio's reports, simply visit Settings to edit your site property. If you have the Ecommerce toggle enabled for your website, you will see a currency selector. Simply select your preferred currency and click save by scrolling to the bottom of the popup.

All reports will now show revenue in your chosen currency across all reports. This is set at a website-level. So the currency you save is then shown to all users that can view your site's data in Kardio.

Alerts

With currency being set at the site-level and subject to change, we wanted to make sure that alerts maintained the currency value expected during creation.

Therefore, when creating an alert that is based on revenue, you will see an option to set the currency.

This ensures you can set an revenue-based alert that won't be affected by the current active currency applied to your reports in Kardio.

Scheduled Reports

Similar to alerts, scheduled reports have a new currency picker dropdown to select the desired currency for your report. This ensures that you see revenue in the currency you care about. It isn't affected by the main currency selected for your site in settings.

Using this, you could send multiple reports in different currencies to different teams.

This ensures the scheduled reports you set up maintain their original currency.
